Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery time depends on your location and courier service.
Return & Refund Policy
No returns accepted for opened or used tea packs.
Damaged or wrong items must be reported within 5 days of delivery for refund or replacement.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
